Shipping Locations

We operate and deliver to almost all major locations across India. However, we may not be able to deliver to certain locations due to logistical limitations. You can check the serviceability at your location by entering your PIN code on the product page before placing an order.

Shipping Charges

In most cases, we provide free delivery. However, considering the heavy nature of energy storage and PV products, minimal shipping or handling charges may apply in certain cases. These will be clearly displayed for your review during checkout. Shipping charges shown on the checkout page are final and do not have any hidden costs. The product prices mentioned on the website are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST).

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 7 business days to reach your location after the order is processed. However, due to logistics for heavy equipment, festivities, or unforeseen weather conditions in certain states, orders might experience delays. In extreme cases, standard delivery time may be extended. We are continuously working with our delivery partners to minimize transit times and will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email and SMS on your registered contact details. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive another notification containing your tracking information.

If you purchased while logged into your account, you can track the shipment directly from your account dashboard. If you shopped as a guest, you can track your order by contacting our Sales Support team at +91 88820 53435 or by emailing us at sales@tsun-ess.com, mentioning your order details.

Shipping Method

We ship orders either through reputed courier services or through our authorized local operating partners. Since our products (such as inverters and batteries) are heavy, delivery through our aligned local partners ensures safer and more efficient handling. For courier shipments, you will receive the Courier Company details and Airway Bill (AWB) number to track your consignment.

Important Note: If you receive your product in a damaged condition, you are strictly advised not to accept it. If there is any other issue with the packaging and you decide to accept it, please ensure you write a suitable remark on the POD (Proof of Delivery) document before signing. International Operations

Our website currently does not deliver items to international locations. We strictly fulfill orders within the territory of India. However, you can place an order from anywhere in the world as long as the final shipping address is located within India.
